AI Questions V2

AI Questions just got more powerful. Pin now continuously evaluates candidate profiles against your questions in the background — so by the time you're reviewing, the answers are already there. Add the two questions that matter most to your decision and Pin will surface them upfront, no resume-reading required.

Calibration Mode

You can now jump straight into evaluating candidates right after creating a new job — no extra steps. The entire job calibration and AI agent onboarding flow has been redesigned from the ground up for a smoother, more intuitive setup experience.

AI-Personalized Outreach Steps (Beta)

Toggle individual sequence steps to be fully written by AI, customized to each candidate’s background. Add your own custom instructions to control tone and messaging — so every touchpoint feels personal, not templated. To gain access to this beta feature, please reach out to the Pin team.

Talent Report PDF Export

Generate and download polished PDFs of your Talent Reports — perfect for sharing with hiring managers or keeping stakeholders in the loop without giving them a login.

Approved Candidates View

A brand new dedicated view lets you see all approved candidates in one place with live counts. No more hunting through multiple tabs to find who’s been greenlit.


Smaller updates:

  1. A new Workforce Years filter lets you narrow candidates by total years of experience to find people at exactly the right career stage.
  2. Manatal and Spott are now available as connected ATS integrations.
  3. Ask Pin now runs searches directly, builds on your existing criteria, and adjusts suggestions based on result count.
  4. You can now look up a candidate's contact information directly from the sourcing view with a single click.
  5. Hiring managers can now set review deadlines for better control over hiring timelines.
  6. Keyboard shortcuts have been overhauled with Gmail-style hotkeys for faster candidate navigation.
  7. We've added over 3.3 million new candidate records across Central America and the Caribbean.
  8. Restarting an outreach sequence now automatically resets the pipeline stage for a clean start.
  9. You can now export your full candidate list as a CSV or PDF.
  10. Email previews now show exactly who's CC'd and BCC'd before you send outreach.
