March 2026 Product Updates

“Likely to Respond” Indicator

Candidate profiles now show a "Likely to respond" badge so you can instantly see who's worth reaching out to. You can also apply this filter in the search criteria to surface these candidates so you can focus your outreach where it's most likely to pay off.

Candidate Pipeline

A new board view lets you visually manage candidates across stages, with fast, reliable filters so you can sort and narrow your pipeline without the lag.

AI-Written Outreach Step

Give Pin some instructions and it'll write your outreach from scratch. Pin reviews each candidate's profile and your job description to craft a fully personalized message for every step in your sequence so there's no editing required.

CSV Import Field Mapping

Importing candidates via CSV just got easier. Map your existing column names to the correct fields in Pin so you can import your file as-is, no reformatting required.

MCP (Invite-only)

Pin now offers an MCP connection for your favorite AI's like Claude Desktop or OpenAI. If you're interested in trying our beta, please reach out to our team and we'll add you to the invite list!

Smaller updates:

  1. LinkedIn messages are now automatically classified, giving you better visibility into engagement signals like when a candidate is actively interviewing elsewhere.
  2. Exported candidate profiles now include bullet points showing how they match your job criteria, making it easier to share standout candidates with hiring managers.
  3. CSV exports now include sequence timeline data so you can see when a candidate was added, when they were first contacted, and when they responded.
  4. See exactly which team members and jobs are using your lookup credits, so tracking usage across your team is straightforward.
  5. You can now view Approved and Declined candidates in your Sourcing tab.
  6. Pin now supports Spott and Atlas as ATS integrations.
  7. You can now re-assign Pin Jobs to other Pin users.
  8. You can modify your job description in the Job Settings.
