Candidate Fit Score

See at a glance how well each candidate matches your position, not just whether they check every box, but how closely they align overall. Fit Score weighs your search criteria and factors in flexibility, so if you made a requirement optional (like a specific school), candidates who shine in other areas still surface and get credit for it. You can also filter by score in Detailed View to quickly zero in on your strongest matches.

"Opened Without Reply First" Inbox Sorting

See exactly which candidates read your message but haven't written back yet. Sort your inbox by "Opened Without Reply First" to prioritize follow-ups and keep your outreach moving before leads go cold.

Pipeline Stage Grouping

Your candidate lists can now be grouped by pipeline stage, with per-group counts and independent pagination. You can see exactly where everyone stands without having to bounce between views.

Custom Decline Reasons

Define the decline reasons that actually reflect how your team thinks, and Pin will surface them right on declined candidate cards. The more your team uses them, the better Pin gets at suggesting the right reason automatically.

Smaller updates:

  1. Kula ATS Integration — Connect your Kula account to sync candidates and submit resumes directly from Pin.
  2. Gem ATS Integration — Already using Gem? Link your account and submit candidates directly from Pin without breaking your workflow.
  3. CSV Import Validation Your CSV data is now validated before import, with clear error messages so you can fix issues upfront instead of discovering them after the fact.
  4. Mark as Read — Candidate conversations now update to read automatically, making it easier to track who you've already reviewed.
  5. Smarter Response Tracking — Only genuine candidate replies count as responses now, with automated bouncebacks and internal messages filtered out so your outreach metrics actually reflect reality.
  6. Smarter Send Protection — Messages with unfilled template variables like {{first_name}} can no longer be sent by accident. The Send and Send All buttons will remain disabled until every placeholder is filled in, with tooltips pointing out exactly what needs attention.
  7. Edit Candidate Profiles from the Chrome Extension — Update candidate details directly from LinkedIn without switching back to the app.
  8. Instant ATS Exports — Single candidate exports now complete immediately instead of processing in the background, so you get confirmation right away.
  9. ATS Export Error Tags — When an export doesn't go through, you'll now see a clear error tag explaining what went wrong.
